I would call this one very good condition with signs of normal use. The slide operates smoothly.

What I have done is cleaned the mouthpiece lightly with rubbing alcohol and a cotton cloth, then tested reeds by blowing drawing air to make sure they all work. This one is the Hohner chromonica in key of.

The case has some scuffs on top but is in otherwise good condition. Note: the photo of bottom case shows that it originally contained an f harmonica, so is not original to item.
