The clear plastic storage case that came with this, model number, is included I just forgot to take a picture of it. I've since purchased other whistles, and this one just doesn't get much play. This is a good beginner low d, and I was able to play the full two octaves little past.
In addition, if you can manage to find the flute head for this model, turn it into an inexpensive. I have not played with this much, since my initial practice sessions were mostly the all polymer.
