Best soprano chromatic diatonic harmonica I ever owned with sound so great and different from any model of honer or tomboy. Yamaha harmonica soprano c 22 holes single ss 220 with case Yamaha harmonica soprano single ss 220 beautiful tone. Single note 22 holes. Equivalent in niche, quality and usually price to tomboy 50.

No wind resistance, notes loud, clean and clear, a little brassy. Well fitting plastic box, but not fancy. Cloth with cleaned and sanitized harmonica. Full chromatic, tough as nails no valves or slide to malfunction or mess with.

Both harmonicas played by virtuoso Russian player in online videos. Performs exactly as designed, better for some uses than others. 3 full octave make you not missing any note.

You just buy and play not worry about cleanings. If you are a tremolo player you got to own this as your another layer of collection. Overall slightly sharper single note tone than tomboy 50, yet chords a little less harsh. Fun of rich sounding music, it transmitted joy to play.
